For maximum strength, the base unit is constructed from powder-coated mild steel tubing. The condensing unit is fabricated from 2mm thick galvanised sheet steel. Each ice cream tub is pressed from AISI 304 18-10, 0.8mm thick stainless steel and insulated with 40kg/m³ polyurethane resin. The upper structure is fabricated from anodized aluminium and high quality double-insulated glass. Several colour versions are available.
